Neo-Luvrs Layout Contest!!!


Welcome to Neo-luvrs Layout Contest! Do you think you have what it takes to make an AMAZING layout for Neo-Luvrs? Than you're in the right place!

Requirements


  • Somewhere on the layout, it has to say Neo-Luvrs V:// LAYOUT NAME HERE
  • There has to be a decent amount of space for cutenews
  • There has to be a spot for Partners and Affiliates.
  • There has to be a spot for Advertising!
  • HTML & CSS coding only.
  • Theme: It can be just about any theme, like, i really like scribble, fashion, and seasonal. But you could also do, celeb, neopets, or misc. EXCEPT, NO HARRY POTTER OR LOTR OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.
  • Show all credits
  • Make sure that if you made it, you credit yourself and anyone/site that helped you.
  • Do not steal. This is my most important rule. All things must not be stolen and they must be of your creation [except for the images used obviously]
  • Be creative. Don't do something dull and boring or usual, take a chance, do something different, what do you have to lose?
